In the sea maritime port project in South Central Vietnam, Ba Ngoi port is the multifunction port and it also develop economical social Khanh Hoa. Therefore, Ba Ngoi port will be upgraded and expanded. In 2010, the passed goods in port is approximately 3.4 millions tons.
Nha Trang port is the mutifuction port for tourism, transport messengers and goods. The quay of port has 172 meters long, 20 meters wide and 8.5 meters deep. The average capacity is 6 thousands passengers per year and load and unload capacity is 800000 tons /year.
Hon Khoi port is located in the south of Van Phong bay. It is used for export salt and goods, the capacity is 100 thousands tons per year. Now it has quay 10meters long, 10 meters wide and 3.2 meters deep. In the future, this port will be invested to the multifunction port in order to get 2000 ton ships.
The project of construct Van Phong port has already signed. It will be built the port in the east of Co Co the the north of Ong island. It also will be built in the modern technology to get the container and the infrastructure. The container 4000- 6000 TEUs can be moored. The total square is 118 hectare. In 2007, it can be completed the quay which has 600 meters long, 500 thousands TEU. It also expects to change the outline of port in Vietnam.
Cam Ranh airport is located in the north of Nha Trang, it has 4 airstrips, which is 3010 meters long. Cam Ranh airport is the international airport, it can get a million passengers in 2010 and 2 millions ones in 2020. It is expected to satisfy the development of social economy of South Central Vietnam, particularly in tourism.
The north-south route, which 149,2 kilometers in Khanh Hoa, has 12 stations. Nha Trang is the main station, the duty is distribute goods and passengers to Lam Dong, Buon Ma Thuot and the north, south provinces.
The external road: the highway 1A is throughout Khanh Hoa, highway 26 to Daklak province, the new road to Dalat will reduce the distance down 140 kilometers
The internal road: Highway Nguyen Tat Thanh connecting Cam Ranh to Nha Trang, Pham Van Dong st connecting Tran Phu st to highway 1A. Khanh Binh- Ninh Xuan connecting Highway 26 to Khanh Vinh. They create the road system in Khanh hoa. The road to Hon Ba, Dam Mon is under construction.
